Product Introduction
YBM-12(24) series pre-installed substation, also known as European box transformer, is a compact complete set of power distribution device that combines high-voltage electrical appliances, power transformers and low-voltage electrical equipment. The device has the characteristics of strong complete set, compact structure, small size, easy to move, safe and reliable operation, convenient maintenance, beautiful shape, etc., especially suitable for urban public power distribution, high-rise buildings, residential communities, industrial and mining enterprises, ports, oil fields, parks, stations, airports, subways, highways and other power supply places, is a new type of transformer and distribution device.
Product structure
The basic structure of the pre-installed substation is to divide the three main parts of high-voltage electrical equipment, power transformer and low-voltage electrical equipment into a room to form a "goal" or "product" shape. The "eye" font is compared with the "pin" font; The "me" type wiring is more convenient, so most of them adopt the "me" font layout, and the "pin" layout structure is relatively compact, especially when the floor area of the installation site is limited, it is more advantageous to choose the "pin" font structure. The pre-installed substation box is a fully sealed structure, and the box material can be composed of high-quality steel plate and aluminum alloy plate, composite color steel plate, stainless steel plate, glass fiber reinforced cement board, etc.
The pre-installed substation high-voltage switchgear can be selected according to the needs of users to choose gas production type, compressor gas type, vacuum type load switch, SF6 load switch, vacuum circuit breaker high-voltage switchgear has the function of "five prevention", which can meet the terminal, ring network, and dual power supply mode. The power transformer of the pre-installed substation can be selected with non-gold alloy transformer, oil-immersed fully sealed transformer, and dry-type transformer. It can be equipped with gas protection and temperature control protection.
The low-voltage switches of pre-installed substations can be selected from ABB, Schneider and domestic high-quality switches, and the capacitor compensation method can realize co-compensation and partial compensation. Full supplementation, zero pitching and other functions.
The high and low voltage inlet and outlet lines of pre-installed substations are generally cables, and overhead inlet lines can also be used for special needs of high voltage. Installation
The basic reference diagram of the box transformer is provided by the manufacturer according to the scheme. Users can also design their own according to their needs, but they must communicate and negotiate with the manufacturer.
The grounding electrode is buried on one side and around the box transformer foundation, and the transformer grounding and lightning protection grounding can share a grounding system, and the grounding wires leading to the box transformer foundation platform should be no less than two, and the grounding resistance R≤4 should be ensured.
The gap between the box transformer base and the foundation is sealed with cement mortar to prevent rainwater from entering the cable room.
Operation and maintenance
The operation and maintenance of the high-voltage switch should be carried out in accordance with the installation instruction manual of the high-voltage switch. In low-voltage electrical equipment, the air circuit breaker, after multiple closing and splitting operations, will cause the main contact to produce burns and carbon substances locally, so that the contact resistance of the contact will increase, and the air circuit breaker should be regularly maintained according to the instruction manual. The arrester should be tested once a year before the thunderstorm season.
The power metering unit is regularly calibrated according to the requirements of the power supply department. Always observe the operation of the transformer, whether the cooling system is normal, whether the automatic temperature monitoring is normal, and whether the oil temperature or coil temperature on the upper layer of the transformer (referring to the dry type transformer) is normal. The operation and maintenance of the equipment should be carried out by qualified electrical professionals.
