Product Introduction
YBM(P) 35F/0.69kV high-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed substation series products are specially designed and developed by our company for wind power generation, the outlet voltage of the wind turbine is 0.69kV, boosted to 35kV by 0.69/35kV transformer, and transported to the 35/110kV booster station by the 35kV cable line after forming a joint unit through multiple circuits on the 35kv outlet side. The pre-installed substation is a complete substation product that combines step-up transformers, high-voltage switchgear, low-voltage switchgear and power transformers and other auxiliary equipment, and reasonably combines with the box. Its performance is fully in line with GB/T17467 "High/Low Voltage Pre-installed Substation", which is a new type of pre-installed substation developed for the special use requirements of wind power generation, with the advantages of strong complete set, easy installation, short construction period, low operating cost, high structural strength, strong anti-corrosion performance, etc., and is fully suitable for beaches, grasslands, deserts and other operating environments with harsh natural conditions, and the performance fully meets the requirements of wind farm use.

4. Product structure and characteristics
4.1.1 Wind farms are generally built in tidal flats, shallow seas, grasslands, deserts and other places with sparse natural conditions, and different anti-corrosion processes are used according to different use environments to ensure the service life of pre-installed substations.
4.1.2 The overall layout of the box transformer is the "product" type, and its advantages are as follows: compact structure, reasonable, small in appearance and volume; the connection between the main components is convenient, and the amount of copper row is greatly reduced; the wiring space and maintenance space of the inlet and outlet cables are large, which is convenient for assembly and maintenance. Box structure: all metal structural parts are sandblasted, hot-dip galvanized, and painted, which can ensure that the equipment is used in a humid and heavy salt spray environment with strong rust resistance, all door panels and wall panels, there is no interlayer, and the middle is filled with polyurethane and silicate composite insulation materials, which has excellent thermal insulation performance to ensure that the equipment is safely and quickly put into operation in a cold environment.
4.1.3 The transformer mainly adopts three-phase double-winding oil-immersed no-load voltage regulation S11 low-loss power transformer, and other types of power transformers can be configured according to requirements. S11 type power transformer has adopted a series of reforms in materials, process and structure, so that the electrical performance of the product has reached the advanced level of similar products in the international 90s, and its no-load loss and load loss are lower than the requirements of national standards, with the characteristics of high efficiency and low loss, which can save a lot of power consumption and operating costs, and the social benefits are significant. The iron core adopts high-quality cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheet full miter joint stacking method, and uses vacuum oil injection.
4.1.4 Intelligent circuit breakers or other series of low-voltage circuit breakers can be used on the low-voltage side to distribute power and protect the lines and equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding and other faults. At the same time, a small maintenance transformer is set up on the low-voltage side for users to provide power at the maintenance site. The electrical beams of the low-voltage cabinet frame are hot-dip galvanized and anti-corrosion.
5. Maintenance, inspection and precautions
5.1 Maintenance
5.1.1 Regular inspection matters
a. Check whether each signal and indicator is normal;
5.1.2 Annual inspection and maintenance matters
a. Check whether the connection points of the primary and secondary circuits are loose or overheated;
b. Use a megaohm meter to check the insulation between phases and the ground to observe whether there is damage or aging;
c. If the transformer is oil-immersed, the oil sample analysis and inspection should be carried out at least once a year according to the regulations.

5.1.3 Maintenance and precautions
