2.2 Conditions of use:

Normal conditions of use

a) Altitude

The altitude does not exceed 1000m

b) Ambient temperature

Maximum temperature +40°C

Minimum temperature -30°C

c) Relative humidity

At 25°C, the relative humidity of the air does not exceed 95%, and the monthly average does not exceed 90%.

Installation environment

The installation environment should be free of obvious dirt movement, explosive, corrosive gases and dust. The installation site should be free of violent vibration and shock and cannot be placed in low-lying places.

Special conditions of use

In addition to the above normal conditions of use, other conditions of use shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB1094.1, GB/T 11022, GB/T14048.1 and GB7251.1.

Structural characteristics of fully buried box transformers

3.2 Structural characteristics

The complete set of devices of the fully buried pre-installed substation are all installed inside a fully sealed box, and the box body part is a high-voltage switch room, a transformer room,

Low voltage switchgear. Each room is equipped with lighting devices, with latching switches, forced ventilation devices, temperature control, heaters and other equipment.

All the above equipment is set below ground level, and its internal equipment is the same as that of a conventional ground-mounted substation, all of which are powered by a 10kV input voltage

The transformer is reduced to 400/220V distribution voltage and then sent to the load point, and the key technology of this fully buried pre-installed substation is the sealing and prevention of the box

Decay and pressure resistance, specifically:

1. The box from the bottom to the wall should be immersed in the ground for 50 years without the slightest corrosion;

2. It should withstand the pressure of soil and groundwater pressure and soaking, while the wall remains intact;

3. All sealing points such as equipment passages, personnel entrances and exits, and cable entrances must be able to withstand the osmotic pressure of groundwater, and there are no water stains inside

Keep the inside of the wall dry and free of moisture.

In addition to meeting the above basic requirements, YBDM fully buried pre-installed substation also has three main functions:

1. There are two water supply channels at one end of the narrow box, and on rainy days, rainwater can be quickly discharged into the sewer through the water supply tank without entering the pre-installed substation.

2. In addition to draining in rainy days, the connecting trough is also the air inlet for circulation and ventilation inside the box, and the air enters the box through the air inlet to form an exchange

keep the temperature and humidity in the box balanced, so that the temperature rise and fall of the transformer;

3. Once there is a flood that occurs once in 50 years or 100 years, the groundwater rises and causes the sewer to backflow, and the ventilation device will be automatic

Shut down, isolate the inside and outside of the box, and continue to operate the pre-installed substation without affecting the equipment.

At present, the substations in some cities in our country are mostly set up in the basement of high-rise buildings, and once they encounter a large flood, they are basically submerged, and most of the equipment is damaged and useless after the water recedes. as

The use of fully buried pre-installed substation as the power distribution device can avoid the equipment being soaked by flooding, and the use of fully buried pre-installed substation has more advantages as described below

1. It can greatly save land use, no need for land acquisition and civil construction, and save infrastructure investment.

2. There are no obstacles on the ground, which does not affect the environment, and does not affect people's vision and view.

3. The whole buried type installed on the lawn and green belt can also be designed with some decorative decorations on the ground, such as sculptures, rockeries, etc.; If you need to be in a large square or road

4. The power distribution equipment of the fully buried pre-installed substation is set underground, which is safe and reliable.

5. The ground is not affected by transformer noise.

6. Due to the relatively cool underground, the temperature rise of the transformer is relatively stable during operation.

7. The internal space of the fully buried pre-installed substation is relatively spacious, and the maintenance operation will not interfere with the ground and will not hinder the surrounding environment.
