Performance characteristics

The basic frame of the device is a combined assembly structure, assembled with standard profiles, and the frame material is processed and assembled from cold-rolled plates.

Structural features:

The basic parts of the frame are 8MF cold-rolled profiles, and the two sides of the profiles have mounting holes with modulus of 20mm and 100mm respectively, making the frame assembly flexible and convenient.

The frame is divided into functional unit chamber, horizontal bus chamber, and cable chamber, and the chambers are separated by steel plates. The functional units themselves are also isolated from each other, limiting the scope of impact of the accident. And the top cover plate can be opened to facilitate the installation of horizontal busbars.

The doors of the functional units are equipped with mechanical interlocking mechanisms, which improve the safety against electric shock.

All electrical components are fixed in the functional unit, while the main components (circuit breakers) are pulled out or plugged in, which is easy to maintain and overhaul.

When the cabinet depth is consistent with the GCS –0.4 low-voltage pull-out switchgear, it can be cross-mounted and used.

GDF fixed partition switchgear is a 3b separation method, which is mainly reflected in the main component compartment, secondary component compartment and cable and bus connection compartment are all separated functional spaces. The main and secondary components compartment is located in front of the cabinet, the cable compartment is located behind the cabinet, the busbar compartment is located on the top of the cabinet and the middle of the cabinet side, and the professional heat dissipation and pressure relief channel is located in the front of the busbar compartment.

Key measures to achieve 3b separation:

a. Each functional unit compartment is individually enclosed;

b. The horizontal bus compartment is separated by metal plate between the functional unit compartment and the cable compartment;

c. The compartment of the secondary element and the compartment of the main element are separated by metal plates;

d. The functional unit room and the vertical busbar room and the pressure relief channel are separated by metal plates or insulation plates, and the partition between the function unit room and the pressure relief channel is equipped with a valve, when the arc is triggered in the functional unit room, the valve is opened, and the pressure relief channel is opened, so as to limit the arc to the functional compartment or the position where the arc occurs, so as to ensure a When a unit fails, the arc will not expand to affect other units.

e. The functional unit rooms are separated by metal plates.

Busbar system

The main bus of the switch cabinet is set on the top of the cabinet, and the power distribution bus (vertical busbar) is assembled in a closed vertical channel, which can prevent the discharge caused by arc and prevent human contact.

The cabinet is equipped with an independent PE grounding system and an N neutral conductor, which are installed at the bottom of the cabinet throughout the device, and each circuit can be connected to the ground or zero nearby. The frame structure is all riveted with self-tapping screws, which has high grounding reliability.

The neutral bus and the neutral protection bus are installed parallel to the lower part of the functional unit compartment and vertically installed in the cable room, and if the N wire and the PE wire are separated by an insulator, the N wire and the PE wire are used separately, and if the conductor is shorted between the two , it is ready PE/N line.

Protect the grounding system

The protection circuit of the device consists of two parts: a PE wire (or PEN wire) that is installed separately and runs through the entire length of the arrangement and a conductive structural part.

The metal structural parts in the device, except for the door and sealing plate of the watch, are galvanized, and the connection of the structural parts is carefully designed so that it can pass a certain short-circuit current.

Mechanical interlock

The operating mechanism of each functional unit and the door panel of the unit room are equipped with a mechanical interlocking mechanism to ensure that the door panel cannot be opened in the closed state, and the operating mechanism on the door panel can be locked to lock the circuit breaker in the closing or opening position to prevent accidents caused by non-operator operation.

Usage environment

(1) The ambient air temperature is not higher than +40°C and not lower than -5°C. The average temperature for 24 hours is not higher than +35 °C.

(2) The altitude shall not exceed 2000 meters.

(3) The relative humidity of the surrounding air should not exceed 50% at the temperature of 40°C, and a large relative humidity should be allowed at the lower temperature, such as 90% at +20°C.

(4) The inclination of the device and the vertical surface should not exceed 5% when installed, and the whole cabinet should be relatively flat.

(5) The device should be installed in a place where there is no violent vibration and shock and it is not enough to cause electrical components to be corroded.
