• Overhead line system: including angle steel tower assembly (covering straight towers, tensile corner towers and other types, with a height of 21m to 60m, tower weight of 10 tons to 53 tons), foundation engineering (digging foundation, cast-in pile foundation, etc., suitable for residual soil, rock and other geology) and ground conductor erection (using JL/LB20A-400/35 and other types of conductors, tension racking process to ensure construction accuracy).
• Fiber optic cable communication integration: Deploy 72-core OPGW composite fiber optic cables to achieve stable communication through pre-stranded tension-resistant strings, hanging strings, and anti-vibration hardware (such as VSD20-25 anti-vibration hammers), and support the installation of the tower splicing box and the fixation of the under-lead clamp to meet the needs of long-distance data transmission.
• Leaping engineering treatment: For complex crossing scenarios such as highways, railways, rivers, and high-voltage lines, special solutions such as aircraft deployment and rope release and live span protection are customized to ensure construction safety and efficiency.
Technical solutions
• Tower and foundation technology: Differentiated foundation design is adopted according to the difference in terrain, such as the excavation foundation (hole diameter 1.5-2.0m, hole depth 5-10m) in the residual land section, and the reinforced wall structure in the rocky section; The tower is assembled using a sectional hoisting process to adapt to different altitudes and meteorological conditions (basic wind speed 39m/s, ice cover thickness 0mm).
• Optical cable and grounding system: OPGW optical cable adopts tension racking technology to ensure uniform laying tension; The grounding system is made of galvanized material (860 and other types), including 450*190 flat steel connecting components, to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the standard through precise debugging.
• Intelligent construction management: BIM modeling and UAV inspection technology are introduced to realize digital control of tower positioning and span distance measurement; special construction plans are formulated for special areas (such as reservoirs and factories) to reduce the impact on the surrounding environment.
