BKXGN-12-SIS3 solid insulated fully enclosed medium voltage switchgear; The full range of solutions includes circuit breaker line protection, transformer protection, load control, fuse combination electrical appliances, PT power supply, bus connection lifting, used transformers, etc., providing a series of solutions for power grid upgrading and distribution users, and configuring intelligent terminal base station combinations to meet the needs of smart grids. The product can be used as a power distribution equipment for the ring network of the power system, and can also be used as a power distribution equipment for the urban construction of industrial and mining enterprises, and has the characteristics of multi-functional versatility.

The surface of the module that can be touched by a person is coated with a conductive or semi-conductive shield and directly and reliably grounded, and the ring network cabinet is touchable, and the main loop module that can be touched by one person is equipped with a grounding net and coated with a conductive shield and directly and reliably grounded, which does not cause risks when performing ineffective maintenance, so that the user can be safe during operation and maintenance.

Three-station disconnect switch - there is no false break, the design of the disconnect switch in line with the standard of GB1985-2004, and adopts a special process structure.

The pole design of the circuit breaker - one adopts double-layer shielding technology.

The docking of circuit breakers, disconnect switches, and busbars all adopts online monitoring technology, and the new insulation sealing material - the alloy process of new insulation material epoxy resin + rubber particles + silica spherical particles + silicon strip particles + silicon micropowder is added to the shielding net.

The sealed insulated box of the three-station disconnect switch can be filled with dry air and pressurized by 0.04MPa to prevent internal intrusion of moisture from condensation, and is equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor the internal pressure online to prevent leakage and cause internal condensation caused by infiltrating moisture gas.

The medium pressure system is protected from harsh environments (pollution, corrosive gases, condensation, moisture, dust, etc.). Significantly reduced potential for arcing, longer expected service life, and reliable solid insulation technology in a variety of situations - no SF6 gas insulation, no greenhouse gases, and environmental protection.

Modular design - circuit breaker, three-station disconnect switch with grounding device, small size, compact structure, easy operation and maintenance.

A comprehensive series of solutions A combination of schemes is changeable, with two structures of upper and lower isolation to solve various user solutions.
